Careford Lodge is a care home providing support for 18 elderly people. The home works to ensure the highest level of care for its clients and also the personal development of every member of staff. We provide a homely environment that supports the physical and emotional well-being of the people living in our home.
Full job description
The successful applicant may or may not have relevant previous experience within the social care sector.
They will treat people with kindness, as individuals and respect their choices.
They will strive for quality in everything they do, and they will be open to new opportunities for learning new skills and knowledge.
Service Users will be at the heart of care delivery.
They will contribute to the efficient running of the service.
They will support Service Users to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community.
They will ensure Care Plans and other information about how to support Service Users are followed
They will be responsible for informing the Senior Carer/Management team of any changes in the needs of Service Users.
They will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
Please note that Careford Lodge does not currently have a sponsorship licence.
