We are seeking an experienced EDI professional to develop and deliver the broad range of our EDI priorities and activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in shaping and advancing the EDI agenda within a complex, ambitious and globally recognised institution, helping to drive meaningful and lasting change across the organisation.

You will manage complex projects and institutional programmes, develop policies and guidance, analyse data and evidence, deliver training to a range of audiences and influence decision-making at senior levels. You will also line manage our Staff Reasonable Adjustments Advisor overseeing our reasonable adjustments advice service, and ensuring disability inclusion remains a visible and integral part of UCL's EDI strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to create meaningful impact across a large and diverse organisation, helping to shape the culture, systems and practices that support our large and diverse community.
This is a full-time Fixed-Term Contract (open for secondment) role avialable until early July 2028, offered on a hybird working basis with currently a minimum of 1-2 days per week onsite at our London Kings Cross office (subject to change).
