Your responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Assistant at The Tempus, you’ll play an important part in delivering the high standards our guests expect.
You’ll need a friendly and outgoing personality, a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a flexible approach are essential.
Previous hospitality experience would be beneficial, but the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn are just as important.
Your main duties will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Working as part of the wider team to create memorable guest experiences.
- Serving food and beverages in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Developing good knowledge of our food and drinks menus.
- Completing guest satisfaction and customer care checks.
- Preparing the restaurant and bar for service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
- Supporting colleagues across the operation when required.
