Job Summary

Duties
- Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their rental needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and answering questions confidently
- Negotiate lease terms and rental prices to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements, updating records, and processing applications efficiently
- Coordinate with property owners and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for viewings and occupancy
- Maintain organized records of all interactions, viewings, and negotiations to ensure seamless workflow
- Support marketing efforts by promoting available properties across various channels to attract potential tenants
Experience
- Previous administrative experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple viewings and administrative duties simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
- Familiarity with property management software or CRM systems is advantageous
