Tutor Boost is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Online Tutors to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for students in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
We partner with primary schools and families to provide high-impact, small-group tuition that helps children close learning gaps, build confidence, and unlock their potential.
As an online tutor, you will deliver structured, engaging sessions that support pupils’ academic progress while creating a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, interactive online lessons tailored to KS1 and KS2 curriculum standards
- Assess students’ learning needs and develop customized lesson plans to suit diverse abilities
- Use engaging teaching techniques to motivate children and maintain their interest throughout sessions
- Build pupils' confidence alongside academic achievement.
- Provide concise progress updates.
- Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records.
- Communicate professionally with Tutor Boost and partner schools.
- Uphold the highest safeguarding and professional standards.
- Adapt teaching strategies for students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements
Essential requirements
You must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Excellent subject knowledge across the primary curriculum
- Strong behaviour management
- Outstanding communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
Pay: £35.00-£45.00 per hour
