Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Take customer orders accurately, ensuring clear communication and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and dining area according to food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when needed
- Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills, providing correct change and receipts
- Ensure prompt delivery of orders to guests, managing time effectively during busy periods
- Uphold excellent customer service by engaging warmly with guests, addressing inquiries, and accommodating special requests
Experience
- Previous barista experience is required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure hygienic preparation and service environments
- Experience in serving customers in fast-paced settings would be a bonus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
