```Duties:```
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a mixologist / bartender is a must.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishes
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Understanding of food handling and safety procedures
