About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be involved in the production of a wide range of steel products, including railings, gates, fencing components, and bespoke fabricated assemblies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder who takes pride in producing high-quality work and has a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding mild steel components to drawing and specification.
- Fabricating railings, gates, fencing products, and other fabricated assemblies.
- Spot welding and assembly work as required.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Preparing materials and components for welding.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
- Supporting other manufacturing activities as required.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Previous experience in MIG welding and fabrication.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Level 2 Welding Qualification or equivalent.
- Experience manufacturing railings, gates, fencing, or structural steel products.
- Experience with spot welding equipment.
