The Impact You’ll Make:
As our Bar & Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front, helping to set the tone for exceptional customer experiences, and directing our team to success, and insuring each guest leaves with a smile on their face. You will work with our management team to help us grow, and create an environment that our customers can’t wait to return to.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise both restaurant and bar activities, ensuring smooth service and an excellent customer experience.
- Lead our team and help us to foster a positive and productive work environment. Both behind the bar & on the floor.
- Address customer queries and concerns in an effective manner, leaving the customer satisfied and promote repeat custom.
- Help the management team provide training to our bar & floor team, mentoring and providing them the knowledge to grow.
- Maintain compliance with food safety protocols and safe handling procedures.
- Both open & close the bar/restaurant, following the guidelines put in place by the management team.
- Ensuring cleanliness of all areas of the building and directing staff to areas that need addressed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and while supervisory experience is a benefit, if you have a willingness to step up to a supervisory level and a passion for hospitality that is the biggest plus.
- Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire our diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, with a hands-on customer focused approach.
- Ideas to the table to help grow business and help us make The Barn a vibrant place for our customers.
- Barista & cocktail knowledge is an advantage.
