Associate Dentist – Part Time
Location: Putney Dental & Implant Centre, South West London
**We're looking to fill a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternating Saturday 1/2 day position. We have flexibility for this to be offered to one clincian or split between two. We have no positions available for Monday/ Tuesday, please do not enquire if you're looking for these days. **
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our team at Putney Dental & Implant Centre on a part-time basis (with an active performer number). This role is a mixed NHS & Private role, with a huge private potential. Annual NHS UDA contract will depend on number of days worked.
This is an excellent opportunity within a busy, forward-thinking practice with significant private earning potential (50% split). The successful candidate will benefit from an actively growing practice, supported by major investment in growth, advertising and marketing – ensuring a steady flow of new patients alongside an established patient list.
Start date is negotiable. One day may be available to start within a few weeks, with further days available in 8-12 weeks.

The Role
- Days required: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & alternating Saturday 1/2 day (Saturday is a fully private day).
- Private Fee Split: 50%
- Lab Fees: 50%
- Taking over an established patient list of 10yrs.
We're looking for an experienced, confident clinician who takes genuine pride in delivering the highest standard of patient care. An interest in, or experience with, implant dentistry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
What is essential is the ability to provide comprehensive, high-quality dentistry across a broad range of treatments. We're not simply looking for a cosmetic dentist; we're looking for someone who is committed to diagnosing and delivering the most appropriate treatment for each individual patient, whether that involves routine care, restorative dentistry, or more complex treatment planning.
The successful candidate will be clinically competent, thorough and ethical, with the confidence to manage more challenging cases rather than referring unnecessarily. They will continually strive to develop their skills, embrace clinical challenges, and take pride in delivering exceptional outcomes for their patients.

Requirements
- GDC registration
- Active performer number
- At least 2 years of general dentistry experience
- DBS clearance
- Indemnity insurance
- Hep B vaccination
- 2 clinical references

Pay: £46,323.49-£200,000.00 per year
