We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Senior Administrative & Finance Officer to join our team. This is a pivotal role supporting a diverse service area, from day-to-day operations to the delivery of projects and financial management.
This role offers variety and responsibility, working across administrative systems, financial processes and service coordination, and contributing to the smooth and effective running of a busy and evolving service.
The Role
As Senior Administrative & Finance Officer, you will:
- Provide high-quality administrative support across the service
- Support financial monitoring, budgeting and related processes
- Maintain and improve office systems and administrative workflows
- Work both independently and as part of a team to support service delivery
About You
You will:
- Have experience working in a busy administrative environment
- Bring strong organisational and financial administration skills
- Be confident using office systems and managing data accurately
- Take a proactive, flexible and well-organised approach
Additional Information
- This is a full-time post (37 hours per week).
- We have a flexi-time system, with some home working available.
- Ability to communicate in Welsh at level 4 verbally and level 3/4 for reading/writing is essential.
- Ability to communicate in English is essential.
