We’re looking for a confident and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our night shift team during an exciting period of growth across the business.
Our Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in keeping the warehouse running smoothly, safely and efficiently. This role will support the Warehouse Manager in leading the night shift team, making sure customer orders are processed accurately, targets are achieved, and the team feel supported to do their best work.
This is a hands on role in a fast paced warehouse environment, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to lead from the front, get stuck in when needed and keep the team motivated throughout the shift.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll lead, support and motivate the night shift warehouse team to deliver daily operational targets across processing, picking, packing, despatch and returns.
- You’ll make sure work is organised effectively, orders are picked and packed accurately, and any issues with stock, orders or processes are dealt with quickly.
- You’ll support with team communication, daily handovers, training and general supervision, helping to create a positive and productive working environment.
- You’ll promote good health and safety practices across the warehouse, making sure working areas, passageways and fire exits are kept clean, clear and safe.
- You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other supervisors, sharing updates on staffing, performance, stock, premises, equipment, consumables and any other operational issues.
- You’ll also support with stocktakes, returned goods, faulted items, warehouse standards and any other duties needed to keep the operation running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or fast paced operational environment.
- Experience leading, supervising or supporting a team.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to give clear direction.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately at pace.
- A calm approach when working under pressure.
- Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse, order or stock systems.
- A good understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environment.
- Flexibility to support overtime, weekend work or shift changes during peak trading periods.

Hours and location
This is a full time, permanent, warehouse based role.
The role will work night shifts, approximately 9:00pm to 6:00am, although start and finish times may vary slightly depending on business needs.
Pay: £28,650.00-£31,000.00 per year
