Experienced complex care staff required to support our client to live independently at home.
The individuals we support have complex conditions such as Spinal Cord, Brain Injury, MND, Profound Learning Disabilities and Autism who may also require clinical interventions at home and need support around the clock from care staff throughout the day and night.
Shifts will be 8- hour or 12-hour shifts for day and waking or sleeping nights. All team members will be required to have flexibility and to work some weekends. We are seeking committed and passionate care staff to provide consistent and ongoing support to our clients.
Our Client has a Spinal Cord Injury from a road traffic accident and is getting ready to finally come home from his long stay in hospital.
You will be required to work at one location and provide consistent and ongoing care and support.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Spinal Cord or Brain Injury and/or Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy towards clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
