We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also engaging with customers to enhance their experience through upselling and excellent guest services.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with our menu standards.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and upselling products to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to kitchen standards and safety protocols.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing help where necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow between the bar and kitchen.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- A keen understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for guest services and hospitality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
