We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our team. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating the legal transfer of property ownership from the seller to the buyer. Your role will involve conducting property searches, preparing legal documents, and coordinating with various parties involved in the conveyancing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of property law.
```Duties```
Conduct property searches to verify ownership and identify any potential issues or restrictions
- Prepare legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Arrange for property inspections and surveys as required
- Calculate and collect fees, taxes, and other costs associated with the conveyancing process
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
