Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant bar environment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Oversee food and beverage preparation, including basic cooking and food production tasks when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist with food preparation and serve beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor customer service quality, address any issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that promotes hospitality and excellent service standards.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or bar setting is essential.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, or culinary experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience in serving customers and delivering exceptional hospitality services is required.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and kitchen operations is preferred.
- Previous roles such as barista or in food production contribute valuable skills to this position.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with team management skills to motivate staff effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality industry standards will support success in this role.
