Job Title: Labourer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated labourer to help our team deliver cutting edge bespoke house projects. The labourer will be responsible for looking after the general upkeep of the site, assisting & supporting the carpenters within a range of activities in accordance with their daily needs.
Responsibilities:
-Keeping the site well ordered and tidy in accordance with the carpenters needs regarding the storage and arrangement of equipment and materials and being on hand for the day's tasks.
- Provide support & assistance by taking instructions on the day, and taking initiative between times to keep equipment and materials tidy and accessible.
- Communicate with the team to establish the priorities of the day, and be ready to adjust to what's happening at a particular moment and when it's clear that someone needs help.
- Monitor waste management, eg. when skips are getting full and discuss this with the team.
