We are passionate about developing the next generation of health and social care professionals and are looking for an experienced, motivated and learner-focused Health & Social Care Tutor who can teach up to level 3 to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Health & Social Care Level 3 Apprenticeship Tutor, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, supporting them throughout their apprenticeship journey from enrolment through to gateway and End-Point Assessment (EPA).
You will deliver engaging training, provide regular coaching and assessment, monitor progress and work closely with employers to ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in their role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment to Health & Social Care Level 3 apprentices.
- Manage a caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and achievement.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with learners and employers.
- Develop individual learning plans tailored to each apprentice.
- Support learners to gather workplace evidence and complete apprenticeship requirements.
- Prepare learners for gateway and End-Point Assessment.
- Monitor learner progress, attendance and engagement, implementing intervention strategies where required.
- Work collaboratively with employers to maximise the impact of apprenticeship learning in the workplace.
- Embed English, maths, digital skills, safeguarding, Prevent and British Values throughout delivery.
- Maintain accurate learner records in line with ESFA, DfE and awarding organisation requirements.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Attend standardisation meetings, CPD activities and team meetings.
- Maintain excellent learner and employer satisfaction throughout the programme.
Essential Requirements
- Occupational competence within Health & Social Care.
- Assessor qualification (CAVA, A1, D32/D33 or equivalent)
- Teaching qualification (Level 3 Award in Education and Training or above) or willingness to achieve.
- Experience delivering or assessing apprenticeships within Health & Social Care.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
