Job Title: HR Officer
Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting vacancies, screening CV's, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment process.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel information.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent school grade education is a minimal requirement, following are advantageous: CIPD (Level 3 or 5), or a relevant bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or human resources management.
- 2–5 years of experience in human resources
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

£13.23 per hour, 40 hours per week working Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
