The Installation Manager is responsible for leading and delivering high-quality joinery installations across multiple live projects, ensuring all works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. This role takes ownership of installation planning, site coordination, team leadership, client liaison, and issue resolution, acting as the key link between site teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery from pre-installation through to final completion.

You'll oversee all joinery installation works on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and agreed programmes.

You'll plan and coordinate installation activities across multiple sites, allocating labour and resources to meet project timelines.

You'll lead, supervise, and motivate installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and performance.

You'll carry out site surveys, pre-installation checks, and resolve site issues including design queries, access challenges, and sequencing conflicts.

You'll manage quality throughout the installation process, including inspections, snagging, defects, and ensuring client expectations are met.

You'll act as the main point of contact on site for clients, contractors, and consultants, representing the business professionally at all times.
Where you'll be based
You'll join Greenborne Joinery in a role that combines office and site-based responsibilities, supporting the successful delivery of our installation projects from planning through to completion. Based from our state of the art joinery workshop in Basingstoke, you'll split your time between the office and live project sites, working closely with internal teams, clients, and installers to keep projects running smoothly in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
