Studio 48 is looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking part-time Bartenders to join our team.
Previous bar experience is helpful, but we are not looking for cocktail experts.
Our bar operation is relatively straightforward and we are happy to train people who have the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
This role is particularly suitable for students or anyone looking for flexible part-time work alongside university, college or another commitment.
The role
· Serving beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and cocktails
· Learning and following Studio 48 drink specifications
· Preparing simple classic cocktails
· Providing friendly and efficient customer service
· Taking payments accurately
· Restocking the bar throughout service
· Keeping the bar clean, organised and presentable
· Collecting and washing glassware when required
· Preparing the bar before service
· Completing closing and cleaning duties
· Following Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service procedures
· Supporting the floor team during busy periods
· Helping create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
What we are looking for

Cocktail knowledge
Classic cocktail experience is helpful but not essential.
We can teach you our drinks and specifications. What we cannot teach is a good attitude, reliability and willingness to work hard.
Perfect for students
This role can work particularly well alongside university or college.
We can offer part-time shifts mainly around evenings and weekends, although good weekend availability is important.
Tips and service charge
In addition to your basic pay, you will be eligible to receive:

Cash tips handed directly to staff are theirs to keep in line with Studio 48's tipping policy.
