Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience. Duties
- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee food production, ensuring dishes meet high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage food preparation processes from ingredient sourcing to final plating, maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and update menu offerings in collaboration with management, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment
- Train team members on cooking techniques, food handling, and hospitality best practices
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary setting, such as restaurants or hospitality venues
- Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Demonstrated kitchen experience managing large teams, with effective leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards applicable to commercial kitchens
- Prior restaurant experience preferred, with familiarity in serving guests and managing service times
- Strong background in food production, menu development, and hospitality operations
- Excellent communication skills to motivate staff and collaborate across departments
