We are seeking a professional and passionate Level 3 Beauty Therapist to join our salon on North Road, Brighton. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to enhance clients' natural beauty through expert treatments. - Additional 15% commission on packages sold
Responsibilities
- Provide customised beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and skincare procedures.
- Offer personalised advice on skincare routines and product recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure client comfort throughout their visit, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Proven experience in skincare treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and skincare advice.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective client interaction.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team whilst maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
