Bassingham Care Centre LN5 9HE, part of Confident Care Homes, are seeking to appoint a part time Domestic and Laundry Assistant for their busy care home for 6 hours per day working Sunday to Wednesday(24 hrs per week) with an option to cover holidays and sickness during the week.
Flexible start times between 7-9am.
Domestic duties will include maintaining the cleanliness of residents rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, emptying bins, vacuuming etc. Knowledge of Coshh would be an advantage.
Laundry duties include sorting clothes for the washing and drying machines, ironing and putting away clean clothes in the residents rooms
Experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.
Must be able to drive or have reliable transport to the home as local transport to the village is poor and non existent on a Sunday.
DBS required, cost to be met by applicant, minimum wage £12.71 per hour.
