We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join the team at Ivy House Country Hotel.
You’ll be working in our on-site bar, serving hotel guests and members of the public, as well as supporting us during events, weddings and parties etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving drinks to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders and processing payments accurately
- Keeping the bar clean, tidy and well stocked
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and soft drinks
- Providing excellent customer service
- Helping set up and clear down for events
- Following licensing, health & safety and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Working as part of a friendly team to create a welcoming atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well under pressure during busy events
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential – full training can be provided
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and events
