Part time Kitchen Staff.
10-20 Hours per week
The Bless Kitchen provides fresh pizzas, nachos and various sides, all cooked in our pizza oven. You must understand the roles of a kitchen environment and be able to show a high standard of cleanliness and proactivity. This role requires working individually for the majority of shifts so having confidence to manage yourself is very important.
-A minimum of level 2 food hygiene. Aware of food hygiene standards and be able to practice them to a high standard. Keeping a clean kitchen is crucial to this role.
-Be passionate and enthusiastic about working in the kitchen environment.
-To prepare and make all food in a timely and efficient manner, following the established menu and food presentation standards
-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-Confident working alone after a training period.
-Knowledge of the 14 major food allergens and the ability to create an allergen safe food environment
-Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction and with other kitchen staff members on handovers.
