Job Description:
Our client is growing their Service Delivery team and are looking for Support Engineers across the UK to join them. This is a hands-on field role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and contributing to essential infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate lifting equipment including hoists and MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms)
- Perform N11 or N23 fibre faulting and diagnostics
- Carry out non-commercial tree cutting to clear access routes
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently
- Support service delivery operations across multiple sites
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
Must HAVE:
- UK manual driving license (held for at least 2 years)
- 1 year experience in Overhead or Civils related work
Desirable Skills & Experience:
While full training will be provided, we’re keen to hear from candidates with experience or interest in:
- Fibre fault finding and network maintenance
- Working at height or using access equipment
- Basic arborist or landscaping skills
- Scaffolding or construction site experience
- Electrical or telecoms engineering background
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
