Corporate Solicitor | Lancashire | £55,000–£70,000 | Hybrid
I’m currently recruiting for a highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate team across Lancashire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking for high-quality M&A work, greater responsibility and exposure to some of the region’s leading dealmakers.
The Role
You’ll work on a strong pipeline of mid-market and SME transactions, acting for:
- Owner-managed businesses
- SMEs and larger corporates
- Private equity-backed businesses
- Buyers and sellers across a range of sectors
You’ll gain meaningful involvement throughout the full deal lifecycle, including M&A, restructuring and private equity transactions.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in Corporate Law / M&A
- A good understanding of transactional work
- Experience managing matters and working directly with clients
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambition to develop within a successful Corporate team
