Responsibilities
Assist with processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Contribute to bank reconciliations by verifying transactions and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
Participate in the preparation of basic financial reports and statements under supervision.
Support the team in managing invoice processing and tracking outstanding payments.
Skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Familiarity with popular accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or PeopleSoft is desirable but not essential.
