We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Dispenser or ACD to join our dedicated team in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical services in our local community. This role is vital in ensuring accurate medication dispensing and providing excellent patient care, contributing significantly to our mission of health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage and side effects
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock of pharmaceuticals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Support the overall operations of the pharmacy
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of medications and their administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Relevant certification or qualification in pharmacy practice preferred
- Experience with pharmacy management systems is a plus
