24-Hour Concierge Supported Accommodation Support
Worker Location: Medway, Kent
Pay: £12.75- £13 per hour

Blacksmith Health Care is looking for a caring, reliable, and flexible 24-Hour Concierge Supported Accommodation Support Worker to join our team in Medway, Kent.
About the Role: You will provide support to individuals living in supported accommodation, helping to promote their safety, wellbeing, and independence.
This role includes a combination of day support and sleep-in duties within a 24-hour shift pattern.
Key Duties:
· Support service users within supported accommodation
· Promote wellbeing, safety, and independence
· Complete timesheets and maintain accurate records
· Support with appointments and outings where required
· Follow company policies and procedures at all times
· Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
· Attend mandatory training and cooperate with DBS requirements
· Shift Details
24-hour shift:
· 08:00 to 08:00 the following morning
· Day shift: 08:00 to 22:30 Sleep-in: 22:30 to 08:00
· Minimum 9 paid hours per shift Up to 4 days per week / 37.5 hours per week
· 15-hour unpaid break included
Requirements:
· Flexible and dependable
· Caring and professional approach
· Willing to work across different locations in Medway, Kent if needed
· Enhanced DBS check required
· Must disclose any relevant criminal matters in line with company policy
· Own transport and Class 1 Business insurance required if driving service users
