C&D Rural is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate or Recently Qualified Rural Surveyor/Land Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career within a progressive and respected rural property consultancy.
The Role
· Rural estate and property management
· Landlord and tenant matters
· Farm and estate diversification projects
· Valuations of agricultural and rural property
· Basic Payment Scheme and environmental schemes
· Compensation and utility work
· Sales, acquisitions and lettings of rural property
· Preparation of reports, budgets and professional advice
· Client relationship management and business development
About You
· RICS Accredited Degree [JA1]
· Working towards MRICS/CAAV or recently qualified
· Passionate about rural property and agriculture
· A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
· Organised, self-motivated and keen to develop professionally
· Commercially aware with a proactive approach
· Competent in Microsoft Office applications
· Full UK driving licence
