Reporting to the Rapid Response Team Manager, you will lead on delivering intensive employability and mentoring support to young people aged up to 25 who are at risk of or involved in criminal activity.
You will implement a holistic mentoring and employability programme, combining:
- One-to-one mentoring and therapeutic, trauma-informed support
- Personal development and employability coaching
- Structured pathways into education, training, and employment
- A visible, trusted presence in local communities
You will play a key role in supporting young people at risk of ASB and disengagement, helping them build resilience, confidence, and career readiness, and successfully transition into Education, Employment, or Training (EET).
As part of the WorkPath initiative, you will work collaboratively across Young Tower Hamlets (YTH) and the Employment Team (WorkPath), dedicating focused time to employment-led initiatives and ensuring seamless integration between youth engagement and career development services.
