FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT (Part Time)
REPORTING TO: Food & Beverage Manager
BASED: Clubhouse
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Working on the bar and food delivery in Golf Bar and Oaks Pavilion
o Open and closedown tasks
· Taking Orders
o Be present on the bar
o Correctly allocating a table and collecting payment
· Table Service
o Cutlery and sauces delivered to tables before they get their food
o Glasses/dirty plates to be cleared promptly
· Cleaning
o Ensuring the cleanliness of the F&B areas
o Tables cleaned with sanitiser after customers have left
o Keep outside area clean and tidy
o Additional cleaning jobs
· Customer Service
o Assisting members or guests with any special requests or allergy requirements.
o Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
· Events Support
o Full set up and break down of function rooms
SKILLS:
· Menu Knowledge - Learning and having full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items including garnishes and preparation methods.
· Communication - with the team across all departments.
· Team Work - Assisting other departments wherever necessary and ability to work within a team and maintain good working relationships
· Multitasking
EXPERIENCE:
· Hospitality: 1 year (required)
· Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
· Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Food Safety (Level 1 or higher)
AVAILABILITY
· Day and evening shifts, working on various bars throughout the Golf Centre
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
