Exciting new venue opening soon in Carlisle, undergoing current refurbishment
with a view to open in the next 3 weeks.
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Bartender/Server and Mixologists to elevate our guests’ experience through exceptional service, creative cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
- Take food and drink orders accurately while providing friendly, attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and adhere to food safety standards at all times
- Engage with guests in a lively manner, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about drink ingredients and pairings
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by practicing excellent time management skills
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to promote a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Previous experience working in hospitality settings such as restaurants, bars, or cafes is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is essential
- Strong serving skills with the ability to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Familiarity with cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and current beverage trends is a plus
- A positive attitude with strong communication skills to create welcoming interactions with diverse guests
At the moment we are looking for 5x Full time positions and 6x Part time positions

Pay: £14.28-£17.00 per hour
