The Role
As a Breakfast Chef, you'll be instrumental in crafting memorable culinary moments for our guests as they begin their day. Your role encompasses preparing and presenting exquisite breakfast dishes, upholding a pristine and well-organised kitchen, and enhancing the overall excellence of our food and beverage offerings.
Responsibilities include

Prepare a variety of items including, but not limited to breakfast items, according to established recipes and standards

Choose the finest ingredients and maintain inventory to ensure freshness and quality.

Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new breakfast items and suggest improvements to existing offerings

Keep up with industry trends, experimenting with new recipes, techniques, and presentation styles

Manage the breakfast kitchen budget, including ingredient and labour costs, to maximise efficiency without compromising quality.
