We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair styling and grooming services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will be part of a vibrant environment where creativity and customer service are at the forefront of our mission.
Duties
- Provide high-quality barbering and hair styling services, including cuts, hot towel/shaves, and beard trims.
- Consult with clients to understand their styling preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in barbering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Own Clients preferred but not essential
- Chair rent options/employed position for the right person
