We’re looking for experienced, friendly and enthusiastic Catering Team Members to join our Front of House team at Elm Court Garden Centre.
What makes this role a little different? You won’t necessarily be working in the same restaurant every day!
You could work across our three catering outlets, each offering something different:
The Bistrant
Our main restaurant serving breakfasts, lunches, sandwiches, toasties, main meals, cakes and drinks.
Marelis Italian Diner
Our Italian-inspired restaurant serving pizzas, pasta dishes, Italian favourites, desserts and drinks.
☕ The Garden Café
Our relaxed café serving coffees, cakes, light bites, ice creams and sweet treats.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Front of House team, you'll help make sure every customer receives a warm welcome and great service.
Your day could include:
- Welcoming and serving customers
- Taking food and drink orders
- Operating our tills
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks
- Serving food to customers
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Keeping our restaurants clean, tidy and welcoming
- Following our food hygiene and allergen procedures
- Supporting your colleagues during busy services
- Working across our three catering outlets when required
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for people with previous catering, hospitality or food service experience who know what great customer service looks like.
You'll be someone who is:

✓ Comfortable working in a busy environment
✓ Happy to get stuck in and help the team
✓ Able to work well under pressure
✓ Passionate about providing great customer service
✓ Flexible and happy to work across different catering areas
✓ Proud of maintaining high standards
Previous Front of House catering or hospitality experience is essential.
Full-Time & Part-Time Available
We have opportunities available for both full-time and part-time team members.
Our catering operation is busiest at weekends, so weekend availability is essential and weekend working will form part of your normal rota.
