Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Engage with patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
- Support the sales team by promoting available dental treatments and explaining options clearly to prospective clients.
- Assist in managing appointments, patient records, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Develop rapport with patients through excellent customer service, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and treatment plans.
- Maintain organized records of patient interactions, sales activities, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Utilize IT systems efficiently for scheduling, data entry, and communication purposes.
