Job Summary
As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and providing them with efficient and professional information in debt management . This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution
- Use phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Upsell products or services where appropriate
- Conduct data entry to update customer information accurately
- Communicate effectively
- Analyse customer needs to provide tailored solutions
Skills
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
