PEGASUS SCHOOL – NEW VACANCY
COOK - hourly rate £13.11 – Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, 8am to 3.30pm with half an hour unpaid break / term time only
You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all meal services at the required times, and to provide the young people, staff and guests with quality wholesome meals and snacks in accordance with the menu cycle.
You will assist in the preparation of menus, ordering, stock control and stock rotation.
You must ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas at all times paying attention to the Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
All school rules and operational standards must be respected at all times.
Relevant qualifications and/or experience are required
