As Senior People Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing insight, challenge, and strategic direction to shape organisational success.
You'll lead an experienced team of HR Managers and People Partners, working in close partnership with Centres of Excellence and shared services to deliver a truly impactful people strategy.
This is a highly visible, enterprise level role where you will:
- Translate business strategy into a clear, forward looking people plan
- Influence senior stakeholders with credible insight, data, and external perspective
- Shape organisational design, workforce planning, and long-term capability
- Lead high-impact, people-focused transformation programmes across Technical Services
- Take ownership of large scale initiatives such as career pathways and capability frameworks
- Ensure change is effectively designed, delivered, and embedded
- Drive talent and succession planning across a large, complex population
- Coach, challenge, and develop senior leaders to strengthen accountability and decision-making
- Create strong pipelines of future talent and improve internal mobility
- Build and develop a high performing, inclusive People team
- Provide expert guidance on complex people matters and act as an escalation point
- Foster a culture of collaboration across the HR operating model
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and inform decisions
- Oversee people risk, ensuring consistent and high-quality issue management
- Identify systemic challenges and drive preventative, long-term solutions
You're a strategic People Partner who thrives in complexity and brings both commercial credibility and people expertise. You're comfortable operating at senior levels and influencing decision making at scale.
You will bring:
- Proven experience partnering senior leaders in a large, fast-paced organisation
- Deep expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent and succession
- A track record of delivering people led transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of employee relations and people risk governance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to challenge, influence, and build trust quickly
- Confidence using data and insight to shape strategy and outcomes
- Experience working within a modern, matrix HR model
