Salary: £28,080 (Base) + approx. £2,700 in tronc/tips = £30,784 Typical Annual Package

We are looking for a vibrant, organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our mission of delivering "friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm" service.

The Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you are the "engine" of the floor. You will:
- Lead by Example: Run busy shifts with a hands-on approach, ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcome.
- Support the GM: Assist in the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant with rooms and a large outdoor space.
- Mentor the Team: Help train and develop our front-of-house staff, building a knowledgeable team on the inspiration for the menu, wine list and local drinks.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure opening/closing checklists, H&S, and licensing requirements are met perfectly.
