Overview
Legrande Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning and Hygiene Manager to oversee and enhance our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all client sites, while leading and motivating a team of cleaning professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
- Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules and hygiene protocols.
- Train, mentor, and manage cleaning staff to ensure consistent service quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports on cleaning performance, incidents, and improvements.
- Collaborate with management to develop and refine cleaning strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.
- Relevant certifications in cleaning, hygiene, or facility management are a plus.
