Housekeeping Assistant – Luxury Apartments, Kensington
Shift: 8:00am–4:00pm | Luxury Residential Property
We are looking for experienced and reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our team, looking after a prestigious luxury residential property in *Kensington*.
The property consists of five luxury apartments plus a coach house, and we are seeking someone with excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
The Role
Initially, the position will involve *detailed/deep cleaning following construction works*, ensuring the apartments are prepared to an exceptional standard.
Following completion of the post-construction cleaning, the role will move into *daily housekeeping and ongoing servicing of the apartments*.
Duties will include:
* Deep and detailed cleaning
* Cleaning and servicing luxury apartments
* Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
* Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
* Making beds and changing linen
* Polishing and maintaining high-quality finishes
* Keeping communal and service areas immaculate
* Replenishing household supplies
* General housekeeping duties as required
* Reporting any maintenance issues or damage
* Ensuring consistently high standards throughout the property
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in professional housekeeping or luxury residential cleaning
* Confident carrying out deep cleaning
* Extremely thorough with excellent attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and well presented
* Able to work efficiently as part of a team
* Respectful of residents' privacy and confidentiality
* Comfortable working to the high standards expected within a luxury residential environment
*Previous experience in luxury apartments, private households, 5-star hotels or high-end residential properties would be a plus
Pay: £15.00 per hour
