About Civ's:
Civerinos wanted to create the kind of place you could hang out with family and friends.A cool, independent, family-owned neighbourhood pizza bar. The journey so far has been incredible and we are only expanding. Staying true to Nonna’s own recipes, Civerinos is personally dedicated to bringing authentic italian street food to Edinburgh and beyond.

All our signature items are made fresh in house. Our dough is stretched by hand and fired to perfection. We use the best 00 flours to make our base and san marzano tomatoes for our famous sugo.
