Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive

P&A Group is looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day management, improvement and development of our websites, ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
The main focus of the role will be supporting Zest Outdoor Living, our outdoor living and garden products brand, while also contributing to digital activity across the wider P&A Group.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across ecommerce platforms, websites, product data, online marketplaces and digital marketing activity. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Lead, helping to maintain and improve our digital platforms while developing your knowledge across ecommerce, marketplaces, website optimisation and digital marketing.

About the role
This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining, improving and developing our digital platforms.
You will become the go-to person for the day-to-day management of our websites, ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces, ensuring they remain accurate, up to date, optimised and performing at their best.
Working alongside the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Lead, you will help deliver improvements that support customer experience, operational efficiency, lead generation and online sales growth.
Key responsibilities
Website management
- Maintain and update multiple company websites, with a particular focus on Zest Outdoor Living.
- Upload and update products, product information, imagery and website content.
- Create and update website pages, landing pages, banners and promotional content.
- Support improvements to website layout, customer journeys and user experience.
- Test website functionality and help identify issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot website issues and liaise with developers or external partners where required.
- Support general website housekeeping, including outdated content, broken links and product visibility.
Ecommerce and marketplace support
Support the management and optimisation of ecommerce and marketplace activity across platforms including:
- Zest Outdoor Living website
- Amazon
- eBay
- TikTok Shop
- B&Q Marketplace
- Other current or future ecommerce and marketplace platforms
This will include:
- Maintaining product listings, descriptions, attributes and imagery.
- Supporting pricing updates, promotions and stock visibility.
- Monitoring marketplace listings and helping resolve listing issues.
- Supporting product data accuracy across platforms.
- Helping to improve listing quality, customer experience and conversion.
- Assisting with new marketplace or ecommerce projects as required.
Technical digital support
- Support website administration across platforms including BigCommerce and WordPress.
- Assist with website integrations, product feeds and digital platform updates.
- Help manage product data and large product datasets.
- Support testing of new website functionality and ecommerce improvements.
- Assist with basic technical updates and troubleshooting.
- Support improvements that make digital platforms more efficient, accurate and user friendly.
Digital marketing support
- Support SEO activity, including content updates, metadata and keyword optimisation.
- Create and support email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with website and campaign content updates.
- Produce basic reports using tools such as GA4 and ecommerce platform reporting.
- Monitor website performance and highlight issues or opportunities.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, trade shows and seasonal activity.
- Assist with the use of AI and automation tools to improve digital workflows and efficiency.
What you’ll bring
Essential
- Experience working with ecommerce websites, CMS platforms or digital content systems.
- Good technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of SEO principles.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Confidence working with product data and digital platforms.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A willingness to learn and develop across ecommerce, websites and digital marketing.
Desirable
- Experience using BigCommerce, WordPress or similar platforms.
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop or B&Q Marketplace.
- Experience using GA4 or other analytics tools.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Photoshop, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Basic understanding of ecommerce analytics, APIs or JSON.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Location: Riverside Lane, Saltney, Chester, CH4 8RS
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
