We are looking for an experienced operator to join our friendly and hard working team.
The role is primarily front of house based and will include responsibility for the hotel guests, restaurant, bar and functions business.during the evenings. This is an opportunity for an industry professional who for whatever reason cannot commit to a full working week, wants to keep their hand in or wants to supplement other work.
The role involves leading the evening front of house operation ensuring customers receive the service they deserve and the staff get the support they need to provide the welcoming atmosphere and quality products that our customers have come to expect.
