We're looking for a Service Writer to join our busy team at our Honda dealership, representing some of the UK's leading and most popular motorcycle brands.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll welcome customers, manage bookings, provide updates throughout the repair process, and work closely with our Service Manager and workshop team to ensure every job is completed efficiently and professionally.

What you'll be doing
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Managing service bookings and handling telephone and email enquiries.
- Planning and allocating workshop jobs to technicians.
- Working closely with the Service Manager to ensure smooth workshop operations.
- Providing repair estimates and accurately invoicing completed work.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Contacting customers when their next scheduled service is due.
- Helping the workshop achieve excellent efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Remuneration/Benefits Basic salary from £28,900 to a on target salary up to £33700 depending on experience
Honda training given.
