6pm to 9pm 15 hours a week
£15.80 per hour.
The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated hands on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Richmond. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in supervising and leading a team, ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
This role is an ideal position if you have experience as a professional cleaning Operative with some team supervisory experience within a cleaning team.

You will be a proactive individual with the drive and commitment to succeed in this Cleaning Supervisory role. With your supervisory experience, you will be able to build strong working relationships with the cleaning team, leading by example while working alongside them to ensure high standards are consistently achieved.

Main Duties

Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, & industry standards.

Supervise and lead a team

Take ownership of the quality of work within your team and cleaning tasks

Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.

Supervisor. in line with the service level agreement.

Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
